Type : Lab Tissue & Cell Tearor
Model : WT130-- - The WT 130 is a rotor/stator type hand held or post mount tissue homogenizer which can rapidly dispersing, homogenizing, extractions, cell disruption, mixing, emulsifying, suspending samples in 0.1 - 50 ml of liquid or 1-250ml depending on the dispersing shaft. During operation, the suspended material is drawn into the core of the homogenizer by a rotor turning at up to 30,000 rpm. The material is repeatedly cycled through narrow slits in the stator where it is rapidly sheared and disintegrated by high shear mechanical action. Complete homogenization of tissues (muscle, liver, breast tissue, etc.) is usually achieved in a few seconds. Little, if any, heat is produced during the process.
Type : BT200-"DynaStream" Batch Homogenizer - is high-performance dispersing machine for the production of emulsions and suspensions in batch operations. Using the rotor-stator principle, it is best suited for applications that cannot be accomplished using conventional stirring methods. The machine is capable of processing highly abrasive products and media with a viscosity of up to 80.000 mPas. The stator is connected to the motor with a mounting flange and extension rods as the propeller mounted on the rotating shaft generate circulating flowing force for products. Because the rotating shaft seal is located directly on the motor flange, seal contact with the actual product is prevented. The machine design meets specifications for dispersion production in the pharmaceutical industry or for processing of abrasive products in other industries.
